By using this best commenting option, you can show who has commented the most on your blog and the best commenter on your blog. Then see below how to add to your blog.
How to add this option to your blog:
Step 1:
∆ First go to the dashboard by logging in to your Blogger blog.
∆ Then click on HTML / Javascript from Layout
∆ Now copy and paste the following codes in the content box.
∆ Exit by clicking on the last Save.
